EZEFARE reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in case of misuse. Users consent to receive service-related communications.
Service Execution
Transportation services are executed by independent third-party vendors. EZEFARE facilitates assignment, coordination, and visibility.

Vendors and drivers are independent entities and not employees or representatives of EZEFARE.
Pricing & Billing

Trip Modifications & Cancellations

Data & Privacy
EZEFARE processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Organizations are responsible for data accuracy and lawful platform usage.
Platform Availability
We aim to provide reliable access, though availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including Software, Design, and Branding is owned by EZEFARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZEFARE shall not be liable for:

EZEFARE acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator.
Confidentiality
